Terrible experience. My daughter lived there for 3 years while attending Weber University. One month, they had a system glitch that invalidated our account and the payment didn't go through. My 18 year old daughter came home to an eviction notice on her door without a single phone call as to why the rent had not been paid. My daughter moved out 3 months before the end of the lease date. Lived here for three and a half years. Staff is great, friendly, and responsive. Neighbors get a little rowdy at times but that’s pretty normal with an apartment. Never had a complaint except for the lack of floor space but hey, one bedroom apartment. Expectations shouldn’t be that high. Rent started out at about 1050 and upon leaving it was 1129. Over the span of three years I’d say that’s pretty fair. I’d like to give five stars however the fees upon leaving were a bit outrageous. $450 for paint, $80 for cleaning (I hired ... read more

The building construction was just being competed when I moved in, in June of 2020. The place was very nice, the added security of the main entrance was very comforting. The many dogs and little dog park made the place always fun. Somehow everybody keeps their dogs quiet too so it's quite quiet. The staff was nice and quick to address any concerns that came up.
