Knox Marina is Amazing facility.. They treat you right every time.. The mechanic that worked on my boat his name was Mike.. This guy went above and beyond normal customer service to help me... These guys are the best out there. 10 years ago I purchased a Ranger Z20, I was up in the upper peninsula of Lake Michigan pre fishing for the Bass divisional tournament, something happened with the engine. I called Steve Dalton because the tournament started in two days. The next day know Marina had delivered a boat to me at the hotel. By far the best experience I could have had buying a boat. Every person that works there is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every one of my questions. I can tell you that this is where I’ll buy my next boat as well; the customer service is unmatched.
Steve was one of kind guy, best costmer service Iv ever had, quick and easy buying experience , drove all the way from nc to buy, everything was as he described,probally never buy from anywhere else again
I can't imagine going anywhere else! The staff from top to bottom is first class. The biggest factor is the customer service. Being able to have your questions answered is one thing, but to have them answered in a manner that you feel it is being done with your best interests in mind is what puts Knox Marine ahead of others.
