I'm soooo sick of this place you literally have to call and email for your rent to be updated properly. Everytime you call you speak to a damn robot. Just ridiculous why do I have to call and email for my account to be updated correctly I'm at work too!
First and foremost I would like to sincerely thank Lauren for getting my apartment together within a short time frame. I really appreciate all the hard work you and your team put into my home. Lauren made my move in process stress free and set her expectations for me as her tenant. I also appreciate how swift she comes up with solutions to any concerns I may have, that’s very rare. Thanks again Lauren for everything!
Quiet area very peaceful and comfy.Small community very small.Maintenance very responsive when a request is submitted.No bugs they spray every unit ever so often.No issues with utilities.Water included.Pets allowed an they aren’t strict on the pet deposit as long as it’s a small animal.Clean community someone keeps it picked up daily.Deposit was below $800.Got my unit quick and was very very happy.
