Knox was great to work with on a service level for the last 2+ years. My heat never worked from day 1 in my house and after 4 different people came to my house, but were "unable to see a problem" Adam was the only one who was able to find and fix all of the HVAC issues. I wanted to give a shout-out to the team at Knox Heating and Air. Recently, I had to replace both my furnace and air conditioner, so I invited three companies to come out and provide quotes. After meeting with all three, my instincts told me to go with Knox, and I'm glad I did. They provided great service and prices. Thank you, Knox Heating and Air team!
I had issues with my heating system and my insurance company redirected me to Knox for this issue ! Nathan has come in thrice but he couldn’t able to resolve the issue ! After few days when I reported the issue again he came in and replaced my thermostat ! Right now I am seeing the issue again , but they have become ghost ! No one is picking my call , responding my text ! One of the worst service I had in recent times! I have one year baby sitting in cold !
Great price and great service. Adam and Nathan were super easy to work with and fast!
