10/27/2025 what happened to this place? The friendly smiles, the how you doing, the no appointment needed. I was told they only do appointments now, but it's still outside that says" no appointment needed ". She did get me in but instead of the $23 I use to be charged for an oil change and tire rotation it was $43. I always bring my own oil and filters. Ford products are good but I like full synthetic. Mixed reviews in these but I had a really good experience with Chris in the Service Department. He did everything he could to get my truck covered under warranty. He knew about the cam phaser issues in the 3.5 and didn't mis a beat with getting it in for diagnostic and letting me know when they were sure of the problems. Everything was covered under warranty and I'm sure he had to write something specific in the paper work to make this happen but he did it and I'm grateful for the tons of money he saved me. Cross post from FB. TLDR; go somewhere else for service work, they say they did the work on my truck and lied. They work had not been finished. I came down to Knox Ford to have a routine service done, get my tires rotated, and have the exhaust sensors replaced. I made an appointment to have them get started as soon as they opened at 7:30 a.m. I was there for my scheduled appointment, and they did not have anyone there to work on it until about 9:00 a.m. I was then informed that they would need probably need to keep it overni... read more
