Cross post from FB. TLDR; go somewhere else for service work, they say they did the work on my truck and lied. They work had not been finished. I came down to Knox Ford to have a routine service done, get my tires rotated, and have the exhaust sensors replaced. I made an appointment to have them get started as soon as they opened at 7:30 a.m. I was there for my scheduled appointment, and they did not have anyone there to work on it until about 9:00 a.m. I was then informed that they would need probably need to keep it overni... read more

Truck was acting funny to it in they couldn't get to it right away so they gave me a ride home. Couple days later truck was fixed and they came back to get me to go pay for it and pick it up. Lucky for me I had the money to get it fixed.
