These are very nice well built homes but I wouldn’t consider purchasing one of these houses because no one can seem to figure out how mail and packages are delivered to my location. A 300k+ home with out a mailbox and no idea when my address will show up in the USPS database is extremely frustrating. This is something to consider if you’re purchasing.

Shopped around online and Roger was affable and knowledgeable and is very helpful as we proceed.
I had the absolute pleasure working with John Potts at ideal homes during my home building experience. John was extremely kind and helpful throughout the construction of the home.
