I’ll start of by saying I love my home, and Raymond is a phenomenal sales representative. Unfortunately, my complaint is about Ideal Homes upper management and their lack of pleasing residents in the community. Several residents have called about the neighborhood playground being used as much as a city park. There are cars constantly parked in the street, trash left at the park, and so much unnecessary overcrowding. It’s difficult to go check mail when there’s so many cars. These are very nice well built homes but I wouldn’t consider purchasing one of these houses because no one can seem to figure out how mail and packages are delivered to my location. A 300k+ home with out a mailbox and no idea when my address will show up in the USPS database is extremely frustrating. This is something to consider if you’re purchasing.
