It is very disappointing to have to write this, I received a pair of polaroid Prescription Sunglasses from this business, just over 2 weeks ago, for the huge sum of $386. Initially very happy with them until yesterday when I placed them on my head prior to driving and a lens fell out and the left arm of the glasses was loose, I located 1 screw, my husband attempted to repair but was unable to due to and additional screw was missing. I was amazed with the genuine kindness and care I have received from all the staff. I do not think I have ever felt so at ease with tests before, and it was all thanks to the staff and environment.

Hi my nana is Christine & I had to visit the Knox Eye care clinic at Bayswater again yesterday That is a place I always enjoy going to The doctors are very good & do a thorough job They are very good & the staff are great too Very accomodating & helpful They just put you at ease & are always kind Good one guys & God Bless

Today I attended Knox Eye Care for a follow up visit. Again as all of my previous appointments, from Lousanne ( reception ) to Stella ( optometrist ) and Michael ( student ) the service and treatment has been excellent and second to none. Again I thank you , the care and professionalism is outstanding.

5 stars the services from reception (lousanne) and both optoms (masumi&hadley ) First time experince they looked after my eye and resolved the issue very happy would recommend
