Been in property management and long time and have dealt with with Jarrod greenwalt as a vendor from knox for awhile he always answers his phone and always available to help even if short notice and gives best prices in town on blinds couldn't ask for a better sales rep and vendor. This guys deserves a pay raise for all his hard work and dedication to his clients for being fast,responsive and courteous can't thank Jarrod enough.
I enjoyed my experience with Knox Blinds. They do business the right way. From order to installation, everything went smoothly and flawlessly, and with a smile! I want to give a shout out to John, the installer, and Tiffany, who facilitated my order! Both were kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Knox Blinds!
Absolutely an amazing company. The products are great. They look awesome. The techs that installed the blinds were clean, professional and great to work with. They knew what we needed and provided great options for things we did not think about. 100% use this company for all of your blinds. I wish I would have done this two years ago.
