What a wonderful business!! I have been doing buisness with Knox Co Vison for years and have always had good experiences. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and Dr Edick is great!! Anyone looking for a good place for vision care should check them out!!
Wonderful Doctor and exam. I highly recommend him. We have also been patients of Dr Franko. She is great as well. I have never had a more thorough eye exam and the prescriptions were accurate. I regret to say though that our experience with the office manager Jennifer was very poor. She was very nice until we paid, but then once my daughter had the glasses for less than a month and there was a problem, she was rude and refused to help us. My wife and I couldnt get her to listen to our complaints that my daughters glasses wer... read more
