Had to wait 8 months for an initial primary care doctor appointment.(Dr Thurman) After that, I had an acute issue and was told I couldn't get an appointment with that doctor for 6+ months. I asked for a nurse practitioner, still 5 week wait. Unfortunately it was Selena Richert. Kept me waiting in lobby for 45 minutes. She was very rude and aggressive. Our family of 5 love it here. Sierra Presley has been incredible. We've had some medical issues this year but thankfully Sierra helped us figure out a plan fast and thoroughly. Some issues included: My daughter had pneumonia. My son fainted (convulsive syncope) at school and also had fifth disease and the flu. I don't understand the other bad review. Dr Hardin and staff are fantastic. Genuine and competent. Happy to have them local.
This place is a joke. They released myself and my daughter after they were the ones that didnt return phone calls and made it nearly impossible to get my daughters meds refilled.
