We had carpet installed upstairs last week and have been dealing with Julian since the first quote was obtained. They were in the middle in terms of pricing compared to two other quotes we obtained. Julian went over and above for us by keeping us informed of timelines, checking in during install and quickly arranging a carpenter to fix doors rubbing on carpet after installation - at their expense. The team at Knox Carpet Court were fantastic. We got a few quotes for our new carpet and Knox stood out as the best, not just on price but the quality of the service was far superior. I’m very happy with my carpet installation. The communication was good, and the team helped me with my choices, and process was really easy.
Before Christmas I gave these good people a call explained my situation and bent over backwards to get the carpet in extremely quickly thank you so much. The carpet looked amazing and the house sold the following week.
