I (Vincent Langley) purchased a Ford pickup yesterday from Big Mike Raglent. He is the world’s best salesman. Very people friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Buying a vehicle from Knox Budget was the most stress free experience I've had when buying a car. Mike Ragland, our salesman, was very helpful. He took the time to explain the purchasing process as it related to the banks, finance, payments and selections. He worked with us. He gave us his undivided attention. He walked us through the process, and called afterwards to see how it was going. I referred my daughter to him. He gets car salesman of the year in our book!
