Unreliable, wasted my time completely. My friend reached out to them initially to help me source a part for my car. They told her they had the part and everything was ready - she confirmed we were wanting to collect it. The next day, I message them directly and explain that my friend had been in contact with them but I am the one paying the bill. They left me on "read" for a day. 5 stars for Incompetence. Messaged them with full description of item I required & they messaged back with Yes they have the said item & gave me a price. I travelled around 90min to pick it up for them to inform me they don't have it.
