Been here for a few months now and love it! The whole team is very supportive and there's such a nice vibe.
I love being a part of the KnowSTRENGTH family. Gym is well equiped, Walter, Lisa & Poala are knowledgeable, welcoming & push you just enough to keep extending your goals. All levels are caters for and the gym has a great vibe!
An excellent gym with semi-private coaching by very attentive staff. Equipment is well maintained. Great community feel as well. Highly recommend.
