As someone who has done numerous other programs focused on my health this experience was unlike any other! The staff was kind and knowledgeable about the medical side. They also took the time to learn about me and then asked about my health concerns. It was a refreshing and positive experience.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Knownwell in Lincoln Park. Dr. Malek is kind, approachable, and not judgmental, which has made it easy for me to talk openly about my concerns. She is also very honest and took the time to help me find a more affordable option for my medication, which I really appreciated.
