This place is closed. Made an appointment. Took a 20m Uber. And it's closed. Shut down. No longer there.
I booked an appointment on their website for testing. The email confirmation advised that it will be a virtual visit, but there were no details on how to connect to the doctor virtually. So I texted the Lakeview clinic asking for clarification, but no one responded. Once my appointment time arrived, no one from the clinic called/emailed me. I ended up making a same day appointment at the Howard Brown Health clinic instead.
