O/O/Drivers before your come here make sure with your dispatch/Receiver mostly ask Receiver where delivery is actually going. There is another warehouse 22476 Fisher Road Watertown ,NY really easy. Rather than Reaching at 6 am at 213 factory St and blocking everything to back at dock. Then finding out going to other location.

Quick unloading and super nice people. Awkward intersection but not bad if you have experience. I went in around 09:00 and didn't have any problems. Be patient with traffic, don't get easily frustrated and you'll be fine.
Delivery here with an 18 wheeler is a challenge. The dock (for dry and reefers) is right at the light. And there's no way you're blind siding in. To make it easier for future drops, here's what to do: -Come early before traffic builds. Say about 6:00am -At the Mill St / Factory St intersection, turn LEFT into Factory St and drive for about half a mile. -At the next light at Blue Diamond Hardware, make an immediate left (Factory Square) into an old brick (looks abandoned) building and loop around it. -Now you're back again on... read more
