(1) All of my questions were answered. (2) Their staff is capable and professional ( but not nearly as entertaining as the staff they had 4 years ago). (3) I was satisfied with my visit. (4) The office was easy enough to find: that is why God filled the skies with orbiting GPS satellites. (5) I'll definitely be going back. (6) Overall a good experience (7) But the magazine selection could be improved!!

I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. Office smelled of cigerette smoke
