Established in 1990. Dr. Knowles decided at the age of 12 that he wanted to become a chiropractor. In 1990 he established Knowles Wellness & Chiropractic and subsequently The Migraine Center of Boise. He has helped thousands who were told that they would just have to "live with it". Dr. Knowles utilizes only proven non-drug techniques to help those who suffer from lower back pain, migraine headaches, trauma from auto accidents, neck pain, fatigue, tension headaches, fibromyalgia, neuropathy, along with other aches and pains.

I started seeing Dr Knowles over 1.5+ years ago. I struggled with migraines since I was 7 or 8 years old, and my job can be very taxing on my upper body. He has kept me in tip top shape, he’s the best chiropractor; I recommend him to anybody that struggles with headaches, migraines, or back pain!!
I can't even put into words how much i appreciate Dr. Knowles. Hes been treating me for close to a decade now. Putting up with my countless injuries and just recently introducing red light therapy which saved me from having to seek surgery. Not even on the table anymore! Dr. Knowles is fantastic! I thought I had something serious going on, my leg would burn at night and burning in my big toe. I tried everything. Nothing was helping. I found his new office and he adjusted my back and neck like a miracle worker. My spine popped in 3 areas and he usually only gets one side of my neck but got both sides of my neck this visit.
