horrible service.."policies" to ensure you will have to overpay for every aspect of service. pay fo the tow..you need your stuff out too? extra 45. your going to have it looked at. that will be another 45. staff and owner are just rude. do not recommend this place to anyone

After being stranded 150 miles away from home with no car repair or car rental stores open, DJ showed up to help us with a smile on his face (even though it was raining cats and dogs) and provided the best customer service! He not only got our car to where it needed to go, he made sure we were safe and comfortable. I cannot tell you how thankful we were for DJ and Knowles Truck Service!
