These guys are the best. They arrived on the day they promised, finished in one day, and cleaned up to make it look great. Knowles Tree Service has experienced and friendly employees. It was a pleasure to work with them again.
Had a major storm causing a tree to take out the side of our house blocking the garage and tree and debris all over the driveway. Donnie and crew responded within an hour, came with crew a short time later, and temporarily removed trees so workers could operate on electrical damage. Came back a few days later when weather conditions improved, removed the damaged trees and removed additional trees to prevent future damage. We recently had three trees removed and had a stump grinding done. I couldn’t be happier with the process from beginning to end! I was kept informed as things were going to happen and even when I left a message, someone got back to me on a Sunday! Workers were friendly and professional. When they left there was no evidence anything had been done! They even swept the street and then blew any sawdust. I’d use them again in a heart beat!!
We can't say enough good things about Knowles. We had 11 huge pines taken down in our yard. The crew was very respectful of our property, taking care with placement of the crane and the truck treads. They worked quickly and efficiently. They came for stump removal later, and did a good job. Everything was cleaned up very well when they left. We highly recommend this company!
Knowles did a great job removing a huge tree that had suddenly fallen in our yard. They came to give an estimate right away, fair price comparable to a couple other quotes we received. They were able to come the very next day to remove it which we really appreciated because we were worried about it falling over further. They did a great job and left the yard clean.
