When purchasing a foreclosure there are lots of potential problems that could stay hidden. Bob was referred to me by a friend and I couldn't have been more pleased. I couldn t be more pleased that we went with Bob as our home inspector. He was constantly in contact with us from the time we first reached out to him for our condo inspection. He walked us through the process the whole way and gave us very thorough tips and advice for preventative maintenance care and upkeep on things he came across. As far as appliances, A/C, etc....he had the manufacturers instruction manuals literally memorized for almost EVERYTHING. I hired Bob for a pre-drywall inspection on a new house we are building, and I am extremely pleased with his services. We ll be bringing him back for our final inspection before closing as well. He met with me for about 3 hours and walked through everything he found as he performed his very thorough analysis. He is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me on the issues he found. Bob spent 4 hrs while he was sick as a dog going through our first foreclosure buy. He is the most detailed inspector I have ever had in my 3 home buying experience. He also put me in touch with a great contractor helped me estimate the cost of repairs and me and my wife are now in our remodeled property. What a class act go with Bob

Bob is fantastic. He found things I would never even think to look for in the home we were buying. He is extremely knowledgable about what is required by Code, today and historically. He also told me how to repair most problems easily myself. He gave me dozens of tips about how the home works, and advice on how to maintain it for years to come. He took his time and answered all my questions. I used another Inspection Agency on my last home, and they finshed in under 2 hours and it was obvious that the guy had somewhere else ... read more
