I have ordered about 10 times for my jeep JK. I am from Greece and everything is a matter and how to order from an American store. with Eric I always had the cheapest solution and of course always helped me for the right part.
no communication about when parts would ship if they would ship. called ,emailed, fb messaged left website contact messages.... nothing !!! he had no problem charging my card though.. never deal with this business or nth degree mobility. same company... karma will be knocking.
Ordered my Dana dif skids for Christmas. Changed the delivery address last minute. Eric made sure I got them. No complaints here!
Placed an order on 2/5, they just canceled it on 3/15. I called several times with no response at all. After 2 weeks I emailed asking where my order was and received very basic responses after 2+ business days from Eric. 6+ weeks time wasted waiting because Nth can't fulfill their orders. Don't order if you expect pro-active communication (sorry it's backordered) with shipping dates or if you expect them to answer their phone or respond to emails in a timely manner.
