Yssis is such a calming presence. Her voice alone can lower cortisol levels, I'm sure. I have used Know Thyself for sound bowls and meditations to promote wellness and self care as a part of our work culture. Our team works so hard to help others, it is important to me that our company provides some self care in return for their hard work.
