The staff were all very kind and courteous! I highly recommend Dr knotts, she was easy to talk with and made me feel heard! I am on a fixed income and the sliding scale helped me to obtain a new updated prescription and glasses. Thank you all so very much!
I would not recommend this clinic for anything more than eye glass prescriptions. Dr. Knotts wrote a report saying I have macular degeneration, according to WVU Retinal Surgeons, I do NOT, and never did have macular degeneration.
She has worked very well with my Senior mom. Her glasses are very important to her and she is very happy them.
Dr. Knotts is very knowledgeable and always helpful and kind. Highly recommend
