Knott’s Storage has allowed our non profit to have space to run our organization. They have encouraged us to put up signs to help people find us. They have helped us with the signs. They have directed traffic. They check on us every time we are there and they are so understanding when our customers drive all over or go to the office. They have been the best place for our non profit

This used to be the best place in town to rent. Koby ran the facility for many years and you couldn't have asked for a better place or person. Recently the family that owns it has taken over and i cant say anything good about it, they are unprofessional and quite frankly the rudest person i have ever dealt with. Don't rent here, in fact run as far away as possible. If it was possible to leave a negative star review i would, They dont deserve even the one star

The manager lady named Misty called me one day because I didn’t get the little metal lock cap on right and told me it was wrong and that I needed to come by and get a lock lesson- like I’m a three yr old. I went there and fixed it and she came out and met me as I was leaving. As we gave her a check for four months rent in advance and as I started to drive away, she hit my truck with her fist and claimed I tried to run over her. She’s crazy! Don’t rent from this place

Knott's Mini Storage is hands down the BEST personal storage unit I have ever used! The Owner/ Property Manager is super kind and keeps the property very well maintained. Knott's will not cheat you out of money like the other local storage's do and they also do NOT raise prices every 60 days.

The Manager is quite a nice individual. They have fair rates and fees, and everything is well maintained. It feels like a relative is keeping watch over my belongings for me and we always have at least a quick chat when I find myself there.
