This used to be the best place in town to rent. Koby ran the facility for many years and you couldn't have asked for a better place or person. Recently the family that owns it has taken over and i cant say anything good about it, they are unprofessional and quite frankly the rudest person i have ever dealt with. Don't rent here, in fact run as far away as possible. If it was possible to leave a negative star review i would, They dont deserve even the one star

The owner is a miserable person. I have never been so disgusted with a businesses approach, the original owner would be ashamed of what's happened to the business.

Knott's Mini Storage is hands down the BEST personal storage unit I have ever used! The Owner/ Property Manager is super kind and keeps the property very well maintained. Knott's will not cheat you out of money like the other local storage's do and they also do NOT raise prices every 60 days.

The Manager is quite a nice individual. They have fair rates and fees, and everything is well maintained. It feels like a relative is keeping watch over my belongings for me and we always have at least a quick chat when I find myself there.

Your stuff is in good hands as long as Coby is at the helm. Never an issue in the decades that I've had my stuff here. If I ever need to store anything in the future, this would be my first call. She is so amazing that there is a wait list so get on it as soon as the need may arise.
