David is an amazing trainer. I am so thankful to have found his gym four years ago! His workouts are quick, effective, and challenging, while still adaptable for all fitness levels. I started with him out of shape and lacking confidence, and now feel stronger and more capable than I ever have. Bonus points for having so many class times that it was easy to find one to fit into my work schedule.
Have done many workouts. He makes every workout count and does it with humor!
David is a knowledgeable and motivating fitness trainer. I always look forward to this part of my day, and appreciate his dedication and discipline. David has made a lasting impact on my life, and I hope to be training with him til the end!
Great trainer, very knowledgeable for all body training. Great with people going through rehab and older people that need help to keep their strength up.
