I will never buy passes with this money hungry place again. They charge you full price for a pass even if you purchase in November for it to expire December 31st. When I contacted customer service she stated, To ****************** its make perfect sense to charge you a little over a 1 day pass for a month, then she hung up.
My family and I went to knotts to take my disabled brother to have a good time and the employees gave us such a hard time when it came down to getting on rides. First we were told we had to get a pass in order for my brother to get on rides but refused to give us one bc we had a party of 10 and the pass was for a party of 6 or less. ******************* was the worst experience, they wouldnt let us get on unless we had a pass so we were able to finally get one after being at the park all day, my family and I stood in a very l... read more
