Probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Holly is attentive and was able to alleviate pain in my neck and shoulders that I had for months. 10/10 would recommend.

Holly is knowledgeable and amazing in her approach to deep tissue that I needed and after talking with her about my jaw discomfort, she also fixed my TMJ while in the middle of my massage. I've been going to Knotted up Massage for a long time now, Holly the owner and my favorite masseuse is fantastic. I'm a dentist and have chronic positional work trauma with my back and neck and I leave each massage like melted butter - Thank you Holly!
Holly does an amazing job! She listened to the problems I was having and gave extra attention to areas that were causing me daily pain. The next day there was a noticeable reduction in pain and improvement overall.
I tweaked my back a couple weeks ago and decided to go to a Massage Therapist to have a deep tissue massage. After weighing my options I made an appointment with Holly and she worked wonders on my back. I originally booked an hour but was able to extend an extra 1/2 hour. The extra time permitted her to complete a full body massage. I have already booked another appointment and plan to be a frequent customer.
