We just had Knott Mechanical out for the second time this year, this time for a summer AC check. Once again the technician was polite, knowledgeable and honest. We called them for a second opinion after McQuillan Brothers came out and proposed $7,000 of cleaning and maintenance work for a three year old AC unit in a three-year-old house (I guess they took me as a fool...).
