Our sink in our office literally came away from the wall and fell to the ground. Knott Mechanical sent out a gentleman named Javone to repair it. This guy was awesome he fixed everything and explained to me what he was doing throughout the process. He also cleaned up the bathroom and was very nice and polite.
Excellent contractor. Techs are extremely professional and more importantly they were able to diagnose then fix units that no one else had been able to.
