I believe this company mainly does commercial repairs. If you are looking for a residential repair I would look else where. Our management company referred us, so we trusted that they would be reasonable. Boy was I wrong. I would never use their services again. I have never felt so ripped off. A thirty minute valve replacement for the toilet ended up costing us 3 hours labor charge and an additional parts fee. $300+ Ridiculous!
