This company charged $1200 for a site visit offering no engineer report. I had another job and used crown jade. They charged 600 and got the report the next day. Knotts also takes about 3 to 4 weeks just to get a simple report.

Updated 6-11-23 I am on the fence with Knott's labs BUT they have stepped up and kept their promise of staying in communication. I will update this in 2 weeks as My Lowe is working on correcting mistakes made by the previous owners of this company.... Let's see if they will make things right or not.
I recently spoke with Mr. Lowe, one of the new owners of Knotts laboratory. He took the first step as a owner to correct what appears to be the lack of communication from our old management company, my HOA board and my associations legal team.
