I'm pretty disappointed. My back has been really bothering me and so I made an appointment with one of the RMT's at Knots RMT & Wellness. I booked the appointment 2 weeks earlier as that was the earliest I could get in. I booked the time off work & the day before my appointment, I received an email from the app saying my appointment was cancelled. No explanation as to why, no personal email or follow-up phone call, just an automated email saying "your appointment has been cancelled." I tried calling the office 4 separate tim... read more

I had a great experience at Knots RMT & Wellness. They were professional, had a clean facility, and very friendly. My RMT, Michelle was amazing! I will be coming back.
Michelle was a great therapist. Just the right amount of pressure, not too soft and not too hard. She was very detailed with the pain areas, gave each its proper time and didn't rush through. Very respectful and professional. Highly recommended.
