Karren is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to on island. As a therapist myself, I know what it takes to achieve pain free results for clients. Karren has a deep understanding of the body and what specific massage techniques are required to improve any muscular-skeletal issue. Highly recommend her to anyone with serious chronic and acute pain, especially related to injuries and an active lifestyle.
I was in so much pain from my bilateral labrum tear and horrible sciatica that I was about to go to the ER and cancel my first appointment with Karren. Thank God I didn't do that ! Pretty much immediately after my session, my sciatica pain dropped dramatically — from unbearable to something I could finally manage. The relief was unbelievable.
