Going to Knots Out & receiving care from Karen has been such a great experience, I can’t imagine seeing anyone else to help me manage my pain. She really dives into the root of the issues, and if any pain persists, she tries to find more/different solutions to tackle the trouble areas, which I really appreciate, since most doctors like to throw the same physical therapy and pain medication “treatments” at me with no improvement. I’ve been dealing with heel pain and a heel spur for a long time and stumbled onto Karren’s website one night while searching for mayofascia release therapy.
