Great Therapeutic massage. I put the pain in, but they get it out and improve my flexibility & posture.
I love Knot Yourself! Rachael is amazing and so professional. The customer service is excellent too!! I cannot say enough good things and highly recommend this place for medical massage <3
Rachel is incredible! I have been two times now, the first time she did cupping and the second time she did not. Both were equally great! I have tight shoulders and neck, and she focused time on movement and range of motion. My range of motion has changed significantly in two sessiosn. The minute she touched my neck I knew I would feel better. This is definitely medical massage and so worth it if you have any nagging injuries or soreness.
