Knot Just Hands has been an essential part of my postpartum recovery journey. As the name says, its basically magic they do. I was dealing with constant pain, stiffness, and overall discomfort after delivery, and their therapy made a noticeable difference from day one. They truly take the time to understand your body and target the root of the problem. After each session, I felt lighter, more mobile, and genuinely relieved. I honestly can’t imagine completing my postpartum journey without Rupa Seegoblin therapies.
I have been going to Kim for several years now; she is an outstanding professional who takes concerns seriously and who always provides a top-notch quality of care. I feel incredibly supported, and a great sense of well-being in her hands. Knot Just Hands is in beautiful heritage space, which adds to the sense of relaxation and ease. Highly recommended.
If you need a massage, go see Kim. You wont be disappointed! I started seeing Kim years ago when dealing with some muscle issues and inflammation. She has continued to be part of my self care routine. Knowledgeable, professional and a really, really good RMT. She is able to target problem areas affectively and give instruction for preventative exercises. She is also able to incorporate acupuncture into her treatments which adds to her skill. Kim is fantastic. I’ve been going to her for massage therapy for several years now. Through a combination of massage, acupuncture, and stretches she has helped me to become active again and to reduce the pain that I experience. I highly recommend Kim at Knot Just Hands.
