I have been going to Kim for several years now; she is an outstanding professional who takes concerns seriously and who always provides a top-notch quality of care. I feel incredibly supported, and a great sense of well-being in her hands. Knot Just Hands is in beautiful heritage space, which adds to the sense of relaxation and ease. Highly recommended.
If you need a massage, go see Kim. You wont be disappointed! I started seeing Kim years ago when dealing with some muscle issues and inflammation. She has continued to be part of my self care routine. Knowledgeable, professional and a really, really good RMT. She is able to target problem areas affectively and give instruction for preventative exercises. She is also able to incorporate acupuncture into her treatments which adds to her skill. Kim is fantastic. I’ve been going to her for massage therapy for several years now. Through a combination of massage, acupuncture, and stretches she has helped me to become active again and to reduce the pain that I experience. I highly recommend Kim at Knot Just Hands.

I’ve had several treatments with Rupa, and she’s knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. She genuinely loves what she does & it shows. I always look forward to my sessions with her. I especially appreciate that she wears a mask during treatments—hygiene is clearly a priority, which makes me feel comfortable. Not to mention, the atmosphere is inviting and well kept.
