I have been going to see Elizabeth for massages for about 6 years. She has consistently been professional and caring. She personalizes the massage to your needs, asks great questions to make it the best experience, and really cares about making you feel better,, to remove tension and make a difference in how your body holds on to stress. I sent my son to her after shoulder surgery to help with his recovery and work on scar tissue. I highly recommend Elizabeth at Knot Happening for a massage. It’s not a fancy space, but, she does an excellent massage. I’ve been going to her for several years.
Elizabeth asked plenty of questions prior to my massage to ensure she didn't hurt any sensitive areas and knew where to work more due to my bike training. My only complaint is how addictive getting massages are! Never had one before so was a little nervous but highly recommend trying at least once! She's amazing 👏
Elizabeth is the BEST! She is great with all types of massage, but her deep tissue is always consistent and helps my tight muscles relax. I highly recommend her!!!
