The building is old and need of repair. Poorly managed and run on a shoe string. The roof leaks constantly and they patch the roof like a whack a mole game. Money from large donations were put into sprucing up the common areas to attract new tenants. You are offered an inadequate continental breakfast 5 mornings a week.
