One big thing I suggest is research the Property Management Company it use to be a good place to live until this management company took over examples of they they do. They don’t shovel after it snows, they don’t like being confronted when someone doesn’t like there management. The decide your not worth keeping around. They don’t clean the common area unless there’s a city inspection. Their source of contact is sending emails to resolve issues.
