This is a wet review for these apartments, I had several leaks in this place including Easter Sunday. The manager is a liar never fixed the leaks then at the end of my lease tried to charge me for leak damage and another counter damage that was there prior to my moving in, thank the Lord I did the move in document and marked it. The pool is closed at times, the gate never hardly worked the whole time I lived there 2 years.
Do not move in. Very money hungry complex that makes the outside look good but old appliances. I've had mold several times from broken piping or leaks and the maintenance sprayed with bleach and repainted. That's not a correct or SAFE solution. To add I was without electricity for literally weeks and instead of sending an electrician they made me wait on maintenance men that did not know what they were doing. Paid a deposit of $400 to this apartment .I was not approved and was told it would be within four weeks the check would be issued! Well it's been since last year In October, still no check help!!!! I have left numerous messages and have been told numerous times that Kate P. would call me back and still no check and no call.

This apartment complex has been pretty terrible to live in lately. The maintenance doesn't solve issues for months. Took 2 months to get my dryer fixed. The equipment in the gym is falling apart, the treadmills need fixing, they are too loud to use. And they do NOT warn residents about construction. I was not warned about construction on New Years week in my building and again about the VERY LOUD construction in the apartment right next time. This company has a few good employees, but overall has bad business practices. Long story short if you don't want to read the entire article, be very wary of signing anything with this apartment complex. Read the ENTIRETY of what you sign. This place can and will use it to scrape every penny out of you even when THEY make a mistake on showing how much you owed in their payment system. I have been waiting four months to get my stove fixed. I have call on several occasions and nothing has been done. So, finally I had my boyfriend who doesn't live with me call the apartments and go in person to report the issue. Instead of them fixing the issue they put a letter on my door telling me I violated my lease by letting someone stay with me who isn't on the lease which is a complete lie.
