Since the passing of Mrs. Rachel, this complex has gone down and still going down When you report an issue it may get taken care of 3 to 4 months after initial contact. We had an issue with mildew underneath our ceiling, where the landlord lease violated us for, when clearly, if the ceiling had not been in ill repair would have never been discovered. I love it here. It's peaceful and there is no trouble to worry about whether it be problems with your apartment or just issues with other tenants. Let's not forget our area manager who is nice and very dependable.
I love this place . Nice and quiet to make you feel like home .Ms Rachel is very nice polite and understanding lady i love her and she a do what she can to help when she say she gone do it she a be on it until its done only place i would want to live in lancaster
I've been a resident here for over 10 years. Mrs. Rachel has made my stay very easy and comfortable. It's a very quiet and safe environment. If you're looking for affordable, clean housing whether short term or long term, this would be a great place to start.
I love this place . Nice and quiet to make you feel like home . When something goes wrong maintenance gets it done as soon as possible. Landlord is very sweet and understanding . I would highly recommend this apartment complex !
