Since ppl on here posting complaints about their own issues that they started. I love the manager she has been trying to work with alot of ppl even when they aren't appreciative and they have broken so many rules. I appreciate the one who looked out for my family on getting my apartment straightened out. She inherited issues. Ps the ppl that posted on here also stole orders and caused their own issues. Since the passing of Mrs. Rachel, this complex has gone down and still going down When you report an issue it may get taken care of 3 to 4 months after initial contact. We had an issue with mildew underneath our ceiling, where the landlord lease violated us for, when clearly, if the ceiling had not been in ill repair would have never been discovered. Read the lease in it's entirety because there are some crappy parts in there. Instead of working on much needed repairs, the leasing manager Chelsea and maintenance guy, Matt, s... read more

I love it here. It's peaceful and there is no trouble to worry about whether it be problems with your apartment or just issues with other tenants. Let's not forget our area manager who is nice and very dependable.
I love this place . Nice and quiet to make you feel like home .Ms Rachel is very nice polite and understanding lady i love her and she a do what she can to help when she say she gone do it she a be on it until its done only place i would want to live in lancaster
