To be honest with you, the rent is not cheap unless you are on a fixed income, but if you have to pay market-rate rent, you are better off to find an apartment or family sized home. This place is run down and there is BLACK mold hidden in between the walls, we had rain water damage that leaked down through our bathroom exhaust fan, and the ceiling was moldy, it had to be re-painted, and manager there tried to tell us we were gonna have to pay for that paint job.
