The medical staff are AMAZING!!! However the receptionist Zoey is extremely rude! Every time I come in she's always speaking in a matter of fact tone even if you asking a question. Or if you call she'll rudely interrupt you and place you on hold without intentions on finishing the conversation. The "professionals" are amazing but the little "receptionist" is a very unpleasant person.I'm seriously considering looming for a new primary physician so I no longer have to deal with her.
Dr. Cai is a very skilled and compassionate doctor. The excellent professional medical service is provided at Knolls Place Medical Clinic. The staffs speak English, Spanish and Chinese.

The staff at Knolls Place is amazing! The clinic is immaculate. My husband was seen on two separate occasions. His treatment plan was carefully constructed around our extremely limited budget with the utmost professionalism. We highly recommend this clinic!
