It’s ok, due for some upgrades for sure but at 670 a month with utilities included it’s hard to find, wish they had parking lot security cameras though. I haven’t had any problems with porch bandits taking my delivered goods, Tiger properties makes it easy to pay online sometimes it is difficult to contact someone directly. Be sure to have parking sticker because Death Valley towing will tow your car and it cost a lot even if you are a tenant, you must have the 5 dollar sticker. My son, a student at Clemson, lives in the Knolls Apartments on College Heights Blvd. managed by Tiger Properties. Property is not maintained appropriately. When we arrived, all of the outdoor safety lighting had bulbs that did not work or removed creating a severe safety issue. The porch outside my son’s apartment is rotting and falling off the property. Another safety issue. Good for what it is, cheap studio apartments. Utilities included in rent. Responsive maintenance and property managers. Hot water is hot, and the shower has high pressure. Cable internet is reliable. Not the most luxurious but it's quiet, affordable, and close to campus.
