Good value and good maintenance. Downside is that the buildings were built around WWII and because of that the electric service is a meager 30 amps. Which means that if you want to run more than one appliance you'll need to have the management add more service which they'll charge you $500 (or more) and then they rip it out when you leave so they can charge the next tenant for the same upgrade.
