Everytime I bring up and issue with Sandy that may slightly inconvenience her, she throws attitude at me like a teenager. Doug seems more level headed, but even with that aside, the water quality here is so bad that I dont even like to let my kid drink the sink or bath water or get it in her mouth, and occasionally (even without a shutoff, which happens multiple times a year, with nothing taken off the bill, in fact they're raising our rent AGAIN without having fixed it) the water will just be brown. Great manufactured home park. Awesome management and landscaping. Very quiet and clean
Nice place other than water pipe issues.. very inadequate system they have.. water is shut off often and then boil notices.. a monthly if not more occurance!! For the money that has to be paid here there shouldn't be so many water issues. The waterpipes are full of sediment when turned back on..
Two of my friends live here and it's a really nice place. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of people walking their dogs frequently. I dog walk for my friend often here and it's very calm and inviting. I always enjoy seeing the beautiful decor while we walk and saying hi to the friendly scottie dogs that live on the main stretch. 💖
