Great manufactured home park. Awesome management and landscaping. Very quiet and clean
Nice place other than water pipe issues.. very inadequate system they have.. water is shut off often and then boil notices.. a monthly if not more occurance!! For the money that has to be paid here there shouldn't be so many water issues. The waterpipes are full of sediment when turned back on..
Two of my friends live here and it's a really nice place. The neighborhood is very safe with lots of people walking their dogs frequently. I dog walk for my friend often here and it's very calm and inviting. I always enjoy seeing the beautiful decor while we walk and saying hi to the friendly scottie dogs that live on the main stretch. 💖
Great neighborhood! Neighbors are, for the most part, mature 55+ adults. It is kept clean and they are constantly adding new units. I have lived here four years now and am quite content.
