They listen well & give great care! The nurse even called a few days later to see how I was doing.

Absolutely the worst “service” I have ever received, nursing staff were the only individuals who had any idea what they were talking about, doctor, APRN, and office manager were completely disrespectful. Offered absolutely no help, on how to get better. This place will be shut down shortly once the State of Kansas checks into their prescription writing habits and sees the number of CII scripts that are written out of this off, so I would advise you all begin looking for a new healthcare provider.
I have have know Tonya Knoll since she was one of our ER Physicians here at Hays Med. When she and her husband when out on their own and start the Knoll Clinic my family became some of there first patient clients. I have lived in Hays since 1981 (minus one year) and the Knoll Clinic is by far the best.
I do not feel Amy Hale truly listened nor cared about the issues I am having and have been having over an extended period of time. I will not be going back.
Highly recommend. Amy Hale was amazing for us and so attentive. We'll be back!
