The service department excels in professionalism. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment to the seamless process of dropping off and picking up my vehicle, my experience has been entirely positive. I also appreciate the timely emails and text messages I receive, including reminders and updates upon the completion of work. Furthermore, I was pleased to receive a phone call from my advisor Tom notifying me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
I brought my truck in on Monday to find out if the harmonic balancer on the engine would be covered under warranty. I was charged $180 to find out that it was not. So to find out if the waranty covers something, cost you?
