I was walking around their lot looking at cars and not one sales person came out to ask if I needed anything I even went inside and still didn’t get any help I would give negative stars if I could. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a car take your business somewhere else!
Set up a service appointment at 9:30am Oct. 15th, which then got pushed back to 9:45 (not a big deal). Service was to include Oil change, Tire rotation, Battery Replacement, Coolant exchange. Show up at 9:45am, and get told that there are 2 other vehicles ahead of mine that the technicians are still working on and that my vehicle's service will not be done until after 1pm since there were only 2 technicians on staff that day apparently. Well the repairs look great ty. But there was a problem I didn't like that's going to cost me 300.00 to 400.00 outta my pocket check engine light wasn't on before repairs got my car back it was on so I went into the office and was told if I had to prove it wasn't on before well I dont know how u buy cars sir but I buy cars that are in fantastic shape im not going to spent almost 17,000 on car that has a check engine light on so with that I leave it for your choice.
