This is the most unprofessional dentist i have ever been a patient of.....from having to hold the instruments myself they use in my own mouth while they work on me to leaving me in the chair in mid procedure to answer the telephone or talk to other patients in the waiting room...she has been late several times and never has any instruments set up or ready or supplies to do the procedures she is intended to do. One of the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I made an emergency appointment for my brother who has MS and was in severe pain. The day prior to the appt. I had a lengthy conversation with her staff and explained his situation and was told she could help him. After quite an ordeal just getting him to her office, we sat in the room waiting for 1 1/2 hours for the dentist to show up. I had been going to Racine Dental and switched to her because her office was closer. She is the rudest dentist I ever had. My appointment was at 9 and she was 15 minutes late. As a professional; you should be on time. She belittled her staff while I was getting work done. She had a nasty attitude towards me and belittled me for a facial piercing. terrible, experience... Questioned my bill and dentist was not happy with that.. go in for 2 cavities and end up with 2 root canal!!! you should be able to tell the differnce, i would think!!! go for a free insurance cleaning cost \$120 and renamed my cleaning ( was in chair for 15 minutes, and dentist barely had time to check, had yellow page lunch date).. Also waited over a 1/2 hour in chair, dentist could make it on time.... my problem, not really,,,.. very belittle person,especiaally to her own staff.... disappointed is ... read more
