I’ve been coming to this place for almost a decade, so I’m usually very comfortable recommending it. Unfortunately, this was the first time I left disappointed. I asked Kaitlyn for a fade on the sides and a V fade in the back. She seemed unfamiliar with what I meant and repeatedly asked me to explain what a V fade was. The Website says walk-ins welcome. That’s definitely not the case I showed up at 3:45 and they close at 6 and had 2 people waiting I was told I wasn’t getting a haircut they were booked. So they have no problem turning away a 3 year customer because one of them might had to work few minutes past 6 which I wouldn’t think woulda happened.
Called to see if they could help with a back to school event my work is doing and the manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Cannot recommend this place enough. I walked in and it was clean, inviting environment, I noticed sensory toys on the table which I LOVE. Any business that is willing to invest in their local community is worth going to! My son and husband will now becoming here routinely for their haircuts and I know more of my coworkers will be sending their families as well! Kindness goes a long way 💕💕
Hannah is amazing, always punctual with appointments and always a great cut and great banter.
I have been going here for over a year and recommend Jewel as a stylist. She does a great job and she is very friendly.
